Job Title: Eco Systems Expert

We're seeking an Eco Systems Expert to implement, configure and operationalize Eco Systems for project portfolio management and project controls supporting programs. The consultant will lead portfolio process configuration, cost control, forecasting, EVM integrations with upstream systems, e.g., SAP, SFDC, EDW, and build standardized reporting analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure EcoSystems Portfolios, Projects, Contracts modules, design cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet, budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations, variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs.
  • Orchestrate integrations between Eco Systems and ERP, e.g., SAP, CRM, SFDC, schedulers, Primavera P6, MS Project, EDW, Snowflake, IICS to enable single source reporting.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, KPI, cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging Eco Systems reports align to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into Eco Systems processes, gates, approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests, and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls, 3 years hands on Eco Systems configuration and admin.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to Eco Systems mappings.
  • Reporting skills, Eco Systems native plus Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modelling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
