About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Registrar to join our team at BML Munjal University. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the university's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery to students, faculty, and administration.
  • Manage major activities such as legal matters, statutory compliances, and event organization.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, respond to queries, and follow up on prospective student enquiries.
  • Document and maintain university records, manage data required for accreditation, and prepare reports and analyses of research data.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, perform related duties, and work in a tight timeline set by accreditation bodies.
Requirements
  • Post-Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years as Assistant Registrar or Section Officer.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
