Oracle Fusion Financials Lead

This is a full-time remote position for an Oracle Fusion Financials professional. The successful candidate will drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource. This includes driving business process improvements, managing multiple task assignments, and providing recommendations to clients.

  • We require 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials as a functional resource.
  • The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Mature judgment and problem-solving skills are also required.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for defining systems strategy, gathering business requirements, and leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment and solve problems effectively.
