Cloud Strategy & Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Strategy & Implementation Manager to join our team at Anlage Infotech. As a key member of our cloud integration team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and deploying Boomi/Workato solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Boomi/Workato design, configuration, and testing for our clients.
  • Setup Boomi/Workato environment with essential configurations to build an integrated solution.
  • Translate business requirements to technical design and develop integration flows.
  • Conduct field mapping sessions with client/application owners.
  • Ensure standards and best practices are followed.
  • Prepare technical design specification documents.
  • Act as a bridge between other application teams in the engagement.
  • Conduct end-to-end tests to confirm integrated solution components and prototypes.
  • Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts on Boomi/Workato and implementation methodology.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
  • Estimate project-level efforts in terms of complexity, required time, and resources.
  • Participate in practice-building initiatives, such as recruiting, staffing, and training.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Application to Application (A2A) and Business to Business (B2B) integration.
  • 4+ years of experience in integrations using Boomi or Workato, with hands-on experience.
  • Must have experience with at least 5 full lifecycle integration implementations.
  • Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON, SQL, JDBC, Groovy, and Java scripts.
  • Experience in implementing complex, highly scalable, and high-volume integrations.
  • Experience in real-time, batch, and ETL integrations.
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-prem applications.
  • Experience with API Management.
  • Technical understanding of Web Services technologies, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
  • Technical understanding of Authorization and Authentication protocols, such as WS-Security and OAuth.
  • Knowledge of SOA.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Boomi Professional and Application Architecture Certification is preferred.
  • Workato Automation Pro 1, Automation Pro 2, and Automation Pro 3 is preferred.
  • Knowledge on NetSuite/Salesforce Integrations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica on Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with leading high-performing teams and working in a cross-country distributed team environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Pro-active and results-oriented.
