Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within outsourcing or managed services environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux and experience working in production support.
  • Strong understanding of protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, and Pest (desirable).
  • Skilled in certificate renewals and participating in disaster recovery for applications.

Required Profile:

  • Functional Skills:
    • Manage messaging and file transfer services on various technologies.
    • Effective management of MTS services for end-users and application teams.
    • Leadership and team management skills, including onboarding resources and project management.
    • Automation knowledge and best practices.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • ITIL V3 knowledge and Agile Certifications.
    • Shell Scripting expertise.

Education and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure related fields.
  • Engineering graduate, MCA, or Computer Science Graduate or PG degree.
