Internal Communications Expert Opportunity

Craft compelling internal communications that inspire connection, culture, and clarity across the organization.

This role champions creativity and collaboration, bringing stories to life through impactful campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging.

As a key member of the team, you will strengthen engagement while aligning global purpose with everyday experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Campaigns: Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, like Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
  • Multimedia Messaging: Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.
  • On-Ground Support: Support leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
Ideal Profile:
  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus.
  • Editing Software: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus.
