Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Cloud solutions globally.
  • Develop and execute SQL scripts for data collection and configuration.
  • Oversee project execution through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test and validate end-to-end process flows, drive user adoption by providing training, and ensure value realization.
  • Keep delivery managers informed of any potential risks related to project implementation.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international clients/projects, business analysis, domain knowledge, and teamwork is highly valued.
  • Background in order-to-cash (O2C) business processes is an asset.
