About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual and automation testing to ensure product quality
  • Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail
  • Collaborate with development teams to align on requirements and fixes
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL compliance
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
