Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Enabler to create Delight by breeding a Customer-Centric Experience for occupants of a large upscale modern office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the workspace and surrounding areas and become the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on the office floors and a counsel to the employees present.

Responsibilities

  • Establish direct relationships with employees working from the office
  • Single Point of Contact for employees working from the office for issues resolution, workspace change within the premises
  • Respond and close all service tickets and feedbacks within defined SLAs
  • Share observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities for incl data from housekeeping and engineering teams
  • Have periodic connects with all points of contact of different businesses to understand their perspective of service
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations
  • Consolidate feedback to management teams regularly for ongoing improvement implementation
  • Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to Assistant Workplace Experience Manager
  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence, and personal success
  • Drive Client-specific initiatives such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices, etc.
  • Ensure operations are aligned to financial processes and controls are adhered to at all times to achieve good financial management
