Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to design and build EI learning content for self-paced and instructor-led classes. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging virtual learning experiences that motivate learners to engage with our platform meaningfully. Additionally, they will help load and edit content in our Learning Management System (LMS), create and manage in-app walkthroughs and feature highlight guides, track metrics to understand adoption and effectiveness, and continuously improve our learning approaches by evolving how we build and deliver learning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of experience designing and creating exceptional learning content, a proven ability to produce world-class content and deliver complex project plans, great design, written communication, production, and teamwork skills, and expertise in modern eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/360, and TechSmith Camtasia, as well as experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
