We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and student admissions.
    • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Develop activation calendars, timelines, and budgets for quarterly and monthly events.
  • Event Execution:
    • Plan, promote, and execute various events such as open houses, school orientations, community outreach programs, workshops, fairs, roadshows, and external education events.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Admissions Team, Creative/Content Teams, Digital Marketing Team, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
