Oracle EBS Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Your role will involve translating these needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Design and develop functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules, including Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems.
  • Support the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system users.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher).
  • Strong understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing principles.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) are highly desirable.
