The Role

  • Design and develop high-quality content assets, including presentations, documents, newsletters, and collateral materials that enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Iterate on feedback-based designs, refining and enhancing materials to improve clarity and impact through data-driven insights.
  • Suggest innovative ways to present and package content to maximize engagement and understanding among diverse audiences.
  • Understand the business landscape to align visual communications with the company's objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs and content assets.
  • Apply knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition to design content for both print and digital platforms, including social media channels.
