Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with OutSystems, with expertise in C/C++ and operating system internals.

They will possess multi-platform and multi-dimensional experience, with expert-level knowledge in business and technical applications.

A strong background in APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required.

The candidate should be familiar with Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools, specifically OutSystems software.

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with responsive User Interface development are necessary.

Advanced knowledge of Linux or Windows Kernel architecture is a plus.

Strong experience with web technologies, including REST, JSON, and XML Web Services, is also required.

Experience mentoring others and providing troubleshooting support is strongly preferred.

Multidatabase and/or multi-language experience is also desirable.

The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, customer oriented, and possess great soft skills.

Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and fixing application performance bottlenecks, conducting technical reviews during the software development life cycle, and prescribing optimizations and improvement measures.

As an OutSystems Developer, the candidate will enhance local applications through development of change requests, investigation, and implementation of fixes on issues raised.

Responsibilities also include providing expert-level assistance to the company using the OutSystems platform to create new applications and their support.

The candidate will lead the work of others, prioritize, delegate, and review assignments.

They will maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings.
