Job Title: Food Technologist

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative food product concepts and healthy eating, with strong knowledge of ingredients and their functionalities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Innovate and improve recipes, dressings, and toppings focusing on taste, nutrition, and shelf life.
  • Collaborate with chefs and nutritionists to develop seasonal and functional menu items.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and pilot runs to refine product quality and plan scale-up from lab to production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
  • 24 years experience in QSR, food manufacturing, or culinary R&D.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in food lab testing, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies.
  • In-depth understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and local food safety laws.
  • Experience with nutritional analysis tools and food labelling standards.
  • Familiarity with cold-chain logistics and fresh produce handling.
  • Awareness of culinary trends and consumer behavior in the health food sector.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
