Job Description

As a key player in our Business Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. Your primary objective will be to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored financial solutions.

You will be required to identify and acquire new business clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling. Conducting thorough financial analysis of potential clients will also be crucial in assessing creditworthiness and risk.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Identify and acquire new business clients
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential clients
- Prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee
- Monitor and manage the performance of the assigned portfolio

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or commercial lending
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the SME segment
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
