Job Description

The role of Electrical Procurement Specialist is a vital part of our renewable energy projects. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the procurement and delivery of electrical materials, ensuring seamless project execution.

As an Electrical Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and delivering essential electrical items on time and within budget. You will connect with our HO SCM team, site teams, and local vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities include procuring site requirements, coordinating with project managers and site electrical teams, and working closely with the HO SCM team for major electrical material procurement.

You will also develop and maintain a local vendor database, ensure procurement compliance, monitor and report material stock, and support material reconciliation during and after project execution.

Additionally, you will handle logistics coordination, maintain accurate procurement documentation, and assist in resolving material shortages and vendor issues.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong knowledge of electrical consumables, familiarity with local procurement practices, and good coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
