Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can provide in-depth knowledge of underwriting, risk ratings, reinsurance, commission/payments in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantages, and knowledge of health insurance UW and claims.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in functional testing and the ability to understand and analyze business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and application landscape
  • Ability to document requirements and prepare BRD, use cases, user stories, etc.
  • Experience in functional testing
  • Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

The ideal candidate will also have experience in individual and group health insurance, health underwriting, SOB and EOB billing, health claims, and claims auto adjudication process.

Salary and Benefits
