Job Role: Legal Administrator

About the Job:

This position involves handling administrative tasks for client companies, fostering relationships and ensuring their files are in good order.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Governance: Assist with corporate documents preparation, including director resolutions, powers of attorney, and other essential paperwork.
  • Business Setup and Termination: Participate in company incorporation and termination processes, adhering to relevant legal frameworks.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Regularly review productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis, ensuring individual targets are met.
  • Client Information Management: Maintain accurate client databases by updating information and collaborating with managers.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and update policies, contributing to the development and maintenance of organizational systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Law/Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate services.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Effective client interaction skills, well-developed written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Able to adapt to dynamic team environments and contribute to a larger organization.
