Job Description

As a Senior Design Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and verifying complex digital circuits and systems-on-chip (SoCs). Your primary goal is to ensure the correct functionality and performance of these designs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, specification, and engineering to develop test plans, procedures, and verification environments.

  • This role requires hands-on experience in SOC / IP verification, CPU verification, DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, Security modules, AMBA, OVM/UVM/VMM DDR/USB/Ethernet/PCIe/Video/HDMI/MIPI/DSI/CSI/VCS.
  • You must have strong knowledge of SV and UVM-based verification methodologies and experience in formal verification is a plus.
  • Able to be a self-starter and willing to perform a wide range of verification tasks.

Education Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelors' Degree in Electronics Engineering required.
Competency Requirements

This role requires:

  • 5-18 years of relevant experience in SOC / IP verification.
  • Hands-on experience in any or more domains: CPU verification, DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, Security modules, AMBA, OVM/UVM/VMM DDR/USB/Ethernet/PCIe/Video/HDMI/MIPI/DSI/CSI/VCS.
  • Strong knowledge of SV and UVM-based verification methodologies.
  • Experience in formal verification is a plus.
  • Experience in developing test plans and procedures.
  • Knowledge of automotive safety standards and their implications in design elements.
  • Experience in automotive safety verification for 1-2 years is an added advantage.
  • Experience in fault injection testing is a plus for this role.
  • Solid knowledge in electronics; analog, power, and digital.
  • Experience in Gate Level simulations.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning, debugging, and problem-solving skills with ability to apply it to unusual or difficult problems.
  • You'll need to be very well organized, able to work well with a diverse cross-functional team and varying personalities/cultures.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from Architecture/Specification and various other Engineering Team and Customers.
