Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management processes and be able to apply them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.

  • Lead and motivate teams towards organizational objectives.

  • Self-direct, proactive, and seize opportunities to meet customer needs.

  • Audit processes and implement best practices for improvement.

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, task management, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional design and development teams on projects.

  • Manage content management systems such as WordPress or similar tools.

  • Ensure projects are on track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

  • 6-10 years experience in a PMO role.

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience using Jira, Asana, and Airtable.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
