• Routine and troubleshoot automated solid-phase synthesis processes.
• Scale synthesis to mmol level with high coupling efficiency, ensuring top-quality results.
• Purify and characterize oligos using advanced techniques such as HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS.
• Maintain lab equipment, inventory management, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional method development and quality control initiatives, driving innovation and excellence.

• Ph.D. + 2–5 yrs of experience in oligo synthesis and analysis, backed by a strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
• Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing technologies.
