Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to handle client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude in networking and building relationships, goal-oriented, organized team player, in-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, self-motivated and self-directed, experience in handling key accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met
- Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Handhold with customer till revenue realization

This role is based in Hyderabad & Chennai locations. It is a Work-From-Office (WFO) arrangement for 5 days a week.
