Job Description:

Purpose and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to join our team at InfoCepts. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive data-focused solutions that align with business objectives. This includes evaluating functional and technical requirements, transforming them into conceptual/logical data models, and creating MSTR schema and subsequent objects.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects. You will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams, including developers, analysts, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.

Key Result Areas and Activities :

Design and Development

As a MicroStrategy subject matter expert, you will optimize MicroStrategy projects and reports to achieve faster query execution and data retrieval. You will design and develop dashboards and reports per client requirements, ensuring they feature appealing visualizations. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of MicroStrategy projects, including architecture, design decisions, and processes, for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Standards and Quality Orientation

You will enforce MicroStrategy best practices, naming conventions, and coding standards to maintain consistency and manageability of projects. If needed, you will provide training sessions and support to end-users, developers, and analysts on MicroStrategy tools and functionalities.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

You are expected to regularly assess the performance and scalability of MicroStrategy solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations. You will also provide expertise on migration and upgrade activities for MicroStrategy projects, ensuring smooth transitions to new versions or environments. You will provide feedback and reports on system usage and potential bottlenecks.

Client Advisory and Support

You are expected to provide user support in project and release development. You will liaise with the MicroStrategy support (Product) team when required to resolve identified issues and limitations, applying the necessary solutions. You will provide specialized advisory and consulting services to new and existing customers, share relevant advisories, address unmet needs, expand relationships, manage client expectations, and maintain assigned utilization.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
