Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Control professional to join our team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in performing quality checks on monitoring reviews, documenting quality fails, and providing inputs during control & monitoring design assessments. They will also monitor compliance of controls as appropriate to regulatory requirements and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of risk & control frameworks and concepts, with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in internal control/quality check/monitoring. You should also have demonstrated analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, and flexible to work in night shifts.
