Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across various social media platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and grow followers.
  • Managing day-to-day social media activities, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
  • Collaborating with the brand team to create and execute monthly social media strategies.
  • Ensuring consistency in copy by aligning tone, voice, and terminology with brand guidelines.
  • Developing actionable plans to expand and retain followers across all popular social media platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Producing engaging content (text, image, and video) that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Professional certification in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot is necessary.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, are required.
  • Experience in targeting audiences and tailoring marketing campaigns to capture their attention is crucial.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to apply it across social channels is necessary.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is beneficial.
  • Skilled in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for content creation and management is an asset.
