Job Opportunity

As a senior engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated services team.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with Kubernetes and Jenkins to maintain Spring-Boot applications, plugins, and building pipeline-as-code for both Jenkins and ArgoCD.

Key responsibilities also involve technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, coaching best practices, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Key attributes of success in this role include the ability to learn, grow, and innovate within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and support continuous delivery capabilities allowing product teams to deploy to production continually with minimal risk.
  • Develop self-service infrastructure automation for common platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement audit features and security controls for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of professional experience as a developer or DevOps engineer.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, Ruby, or Python.
  • Harmony of technical and people leadership abilities.
  • Predisposition towards investigating complex problems.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and implementing them in a group setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A minimum of one memorable mistake that has made you a better engineer today.
  • Desirable skills include experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Groovy, BASH script, AWS, Jenkins, Vault, Terraform, test-driven development, Agile environments, Spring MVC, Junit, Cassandra, MySQL, Proteus, Maven, Gradle, ArgoCD, or open-source projects.
