Simulation Engineer

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our team in the field of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong simulation skills to work on cutting-edge projects in the automotive and aerospace domains.

This role involves performing thermal and fluid flow simulations using advanced software tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CFD and FEA, as well as experience working with computational models and meshes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CFD analyses using ANSYS Fluent or Star-CCM+
• Build computational models and meshes for thermal and fluid flow simulations
• Work with tools like Space Claim or other geometry cleanup software
• Use OpenFOAM, optional but added advantage
• Analyze and interpret simulation results to improve designs
• Document and present results in clear reports

• B.E., M.Tech., or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CFD FEA simulations
• Strong fundamentals in fluid flow and heat transfer
• Practical exposure to simulation in an automotive aerospace environment

• Space Claim or other geometry prep tools
• OpenFOAM experience
• Strong post-processing and analytical skills
