Job Title: Plant Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor reverse osmosis (RO) plants with a capacity of 150*2 M3/hr and ultrafiltration (UF) modules with a capacity of 75*4 M3/hr, including daily chemical dosing.
  • Oversee the operation of multigrade filter units with a capacity of 112 M3/hr.
  • Prepare pretreatment chemicals and conduct chemical cleaning of RO and UF systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and functionality of instruments like pH meters, conductivity meters, and turbidity meters.
  • Maintain calibration history and ensure timely calibration of instruments.
  • Work on a rotational shift basis to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
  • Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma in any specialization.
