Business Insights Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business strategy. This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that informs strategic decision-making.

This analyst will create and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business growth and optimization. Key responsibilities include analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in our operations.
  • Build and maintain visual dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Present insights clearly to stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools to create interactive dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management to meet tight deadlines.
