Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in designing and developing high-quality back-end services using Java or Kotlin.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, with a focus on testing, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and well-documented back-end services using Java or Kotlin
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of services
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on back-end services
  • Excellent knowledge of Java or Kotlin, with experience in multi-threaded architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven pipelines
  • Strong emphasis on testing, with experience in TDD/BDD and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
