About Us:

The Manager US Billing will oversee the end-to-end management of billing operations in India.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong knowledge of US billing practices, particularly within recruitment/staffing industry.

The successful candidate will operate with high degree of autonomy, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance without direct daily support from the US team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete US billing cycle, including invoice generation, distribution, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for all US clients, adhering to contractual terms and company policies.
  • Verify all billing-related data, including timesheets, rates, and expenses.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized billing records.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on US billing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on billing status and key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in US billing, with significant portion of that experience managing operations independently.
  • Must have recruitment/staffing industry billing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage billing operations without direct supervision from a US team.
