**Job Title:** Serial Product Leader

This position is responsible for the overall product life cycle, from initial development to production launch. The role involves coordinating various activities, including product maintenance, change management, and non-conformance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product-related activities, especially product maintenance and improvement.
  • Lead the preparation activities for product phase-out from serial production.
  • Provide lessons learned and share experience data.
  • Promote continuous improvements for products, processes, and projects in their area of responsibility.

**Qualifications:*

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Production technology, processes, and test inspection steps knowledge.
  • SMT, THT, ICT, FA, database, OEE, MES.
  • BASIC technical product knowledge (HW, SW, Mechanical Design functionality).
  • SAP Systems, change management, build readiness, logistics readiness - components and customer.

**Knowledge and Experience:**

Key quality indicators (FPY, 0-km ppm, Field PPM, warranty, scrap ratio).

Documents (8D, Quality tools and methods for problem analysis solving).
Process improvement tools (VSM, TPM, Kaizen, Jishuken).

Operations Project Controlling and Reporting knowledge (methods, tools, PLC, LSR, BQR, eCR, R&R task force, Lean Check, D-FMEA, P-FMEA control plan, action plan work instruction feasibility study, Project checklist incl Material Equipment Components release Documentation checklist).

* Sample build plant and Execution Support the NPLM in the organization of the sample build check list Line and resources booking and Material preparation support Drive and track the sample build production
