Job Summary

The Oracle PL/SQL Developer will analyze, design, and develop solutions for upcoming changes to existing and new assets within the division. This technology-oriented role involves defining development methodologies, hands-on development, support, providing technical solutions, and performing POC for new relevant frameworks available in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Responsibilities
  • Write technical specifications (DB and UNIX).
  • Propose technical solutions and improvements proactively based on pros and cons after analysis of the various options complying to BNPP standards and guidelines.
  • Development of Oracle Stored procedures, Unix scripts, BI4 Reports.
  • Prepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams.
  • Contribute to key, strategic, and support projects.
  • Contributing Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to team members and work.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboard, and train new comers.
  • Perform quality reporting and controls in line with BNP PARIBAS standards & security.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Expert in PL/SQL, Oracle database, and Unix Shell Scripting. Strong PL/SQL skill ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets and complex business requirements. Analyze existing packages and able to debug. Oracle Pl/SQL, SAP BI4, PowerBuilder. Performance Tuning and Query optimization. Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in preparing technical and functional test cases. Able to work independently.

Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsible, autonomous, and provide regular updates to the lead. Strong quality mindset.
