As a User Experience Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the interaction and design of our cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise in crafting intuitive user interfaces and experiences will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user-centric mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Elevating design principles by paying attention to finer details in layout, alignment, visualization, and overall aesthetic appeal
  • Employing a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs to ensure optimal results
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Creating original graphic designs, such as icons, illustrations, and color palettes
  • Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback to ensure seamless user experience
  • Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images while creating visually appealing and consistent designs
  • Translating business requirements and user feedback into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and engaging user interfaces
  • Presenting and defending design decisions with confidence and clarity

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong portfolio of related projects showcasing UI/UX design capabilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in prototyping tool Figma (or Adobe XD)
  • Basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate design feasibility
  • Attentive to detail and possesses a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, particularly principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability
