Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and launch of pharmaceutical products by uncovering key trends and opportunities through advanced analytics.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings.
  • Partner with sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams to share best practices in predictive modelling and machine learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with pharma clients on longitudinal real-world patient datasets.
  • A strong solutioning mindset with direct client engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven client communication skills and experience managing analysts/scientists.
  • Technical expertise in advanced SQL, Python, data visualization in Power BI, and Excel.
  • A healthcare analytics background with real-world/claims/EMR data and clinical context understanding.
  • A quantitative degree or equivalent experience.
