About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering and user story creation sessions with key business users and partners to elicit business requirements for system functionality.

You will maintain a prioritized backlog according to business value so that each successive sprint is planned clearly and efficiently, and that development decisions are aligned with business needs.

You will perform data analysis across multiple areas of data to drive understanding and documentation of business logic behind key metrics.

You will assist domain experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

You will lead sessions to document and drive understanding and alignment across business groups on metrics definition and data usage.

You will engage with key vendors and platform owners to understand functionality and how those platforms can be leveraged to solve business problems.

You will lead development of user guides or documentation on system functionality.

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in a related field, OR Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in a product analyst role, especially with data and AI products.
• Experience performing data analysis across one or more areas of the business to derive business logic to support key metrics.
• Basic SQL knowledge with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience, ability to run analysis and complex SQLs against large sets of data.
• Experience working with business partners to identify complex functionality and translate it into application requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with big data technologies, AI platforms, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations and lead collaboration between data and AI teams.
• Passion for technology and customer success, particularly in driving innovative AI and data solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Certified Product Analyst (CPA) AIPMM.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) IIBA.
