About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Implementation Specialist to join our team at Deluxe. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financials, focusing on FICO Controlling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Requirements
  • Expertise in SAP FICO with 4 to 8 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level.
  • Hands-on development experience in requirement gathering, AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis, Process Design, BBP Design, TR Activities, RICEFW, FS Document preparation, Scenario-specific configuration/customization/integration, Testing/Training/Documentation, Data Migration/Cut-over activities/Deployment, GST/Withholding tax, LSMW/BDC, Configuring global settings and enterprise structure settings, Configuring G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting, Preparing end-user training documents, Validations & Substitutions, Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting, Internal orders, and Profitability analysis, SAP Query.
  • Experience in integrations with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM, and PS modules.
  • Good domain understanding in FICO, MM, and PS area.
  • Good team player and good communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver cross-functional development objects.

The salary range for this position is approximately ₹45 lakh - ₹65 lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
