ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Engineer to design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations that support business process automation and enhancement in IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, and customization. They will also be skilled in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.

  • Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform for business requirements.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for implementation.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
  • Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
  • Providing technical expertise in incident, problem, change, request, asset, and operations management.
  • Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Minimum one CIS certification
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
  • Experience with scripting and workflow automation within ServiceNow
