Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OTC processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure SAP solutions for order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and customer master data management.
  • Provide architectural expertise and best practices to ensure scalable and efficient SAP OTC solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders and project teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with at least 5 years focused on the SAP OTC process.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to Order to Cash, including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI (Financial Accounting), and SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects and managing the delivery of complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the order-to-cash cycle, from order management to billing, collections, and cash applications.
