Software Solutions Specialist

The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work directly with company leaders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions.
  • Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into business workflows and processes.
  • Solution Building: Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using visual development environments to solve complex business challenges.
  • Platform Mastery & Enhancement: Become an expert in platform capabilities while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilities.
  • Client Success Management: Manage a portfolio of clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using visual development environments to validate client requirements.
  • Feedback Integration: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.

Requirements:

  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations.
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language.
  • AI Development Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development.
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Understanding of how large organizations use and integrate software systems.
