Strategic Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring effective compliance monitoring across residential child care homes in the UK. The role involves conducting daily and weekly audits relating to child locations, staff records, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
- Review and check quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated in systems.
- Maintain centralized audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination, and regulatory liaison.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail in reviewing reports and documents.
- Proficiency in digital documentation tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
