- Familiarity with advanced customization techniques such as Business Rules, Client-Side Scripting, and Ribbon Workbench

- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and familiarity with Azure technologies relevant to Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and deployments

- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL Server or other relational databases

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
