Job Title: Aftermarket Business Intelligence Analyst

Join CIRCOR International, Inc. as an Aftermarket Business Intelligence Analyst and play a key role in driving business growth and profitability. As a member of the Aftermarket Division, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights to P&L Leaders, Sales Managers, and top management.
  • Analyze agent commissioning, create commission file reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and/or Business Warehouse (e.g., SAP BW).
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced MS-Excel and MS-Power BI skills.
