Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineer

We are seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and build AI systems that power products used across multiple ventures.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment. You will also engineer scalable infrastructure, architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.

In addition, you will prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production. This role requires strong programming background in Python or similar and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.

You will be working alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life. As a hybrid of a data scientist, computer scientist, and software engineer, you will build, experiment, and deploy real systems at scale.

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • Strong programming background in Python or similar and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.">
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.">
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases including SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.">
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.">
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.">
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.">
  • Experience with multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).">
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.">
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.">
