Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy, operations, and growth of the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Management: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • IPO Execution: Lead the preparation, planning, and execution of the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and liaise with external stakeholders such as investment bankers and regulatory bodies.
  • Private Equity & Fundraising: Manage private equity relationships and oversee fundraising activities to support business expansion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
  • Banking & Treasury Management: Strengthen banking relationships to optimize financial operations and capital structuring. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure robust financial health.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations. Oversee audits, taxation, and corporate governance practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Ensure efficient financial operations and system enhancements for scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading IPOs and managing private equity projects. Extensive experience in corporate banking, fundraising, and financial strategy in the manufacturing sector.
  • Minimum Requirements: Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
