Seeking a skilled Data Conversion Specialist Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the successful migration of data into our systems.

Job Summary
  • This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems
  • Create EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional)
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
