About the Role

Only Much Louder is seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to drive our work at the intersection of digital branded content and entertainment. As a key member of our Global Creator Network, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing campaigns that showcase our clients' brands in a unique and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand briefs and strategies into inspiring creative ideas and campaigns
  • Build branded content concepts based on in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers' feelings, attitudes, and behaviors, and cultural trends
  • Work with the strategy and campaign management teams to think through the ask, the brief, the insight, the approach
  • Develop disruptive ideas for the brand that get the internet's attention
  • Effectively plan creative solutions from concepting to managing campaign output
  • Coordinate and execute campaigns with third-party vendors, directors, and producers
  • Proactively suggest content properties and ideas for topical and cultural moments and new social platform features/releases
  • Work with the Business Development and campaigns teams to handle creds meetings and client engagement opportunities
  • Mentor young creatives and help them upskill and learn

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in building creative campaigns at a publisher, agency, brand, or media house
  • Understanding and past experience in strategizing and creating integrated campaigns
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Proven experience in creating ideas for global or large regional brands
  • Expertise in social best practices across platforms
  • Deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution
  • Love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content
  • Well-versed in global and Indian trends, formats, and developments in advertising and branded content
  • Proven experience in building insight-driven solutions for brands across categories
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create culture-shaping campaigns
  • Resourceful and nimble thinking without dependence on big budgets or stacked staffing for projects
