Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair elevators in excellent working condition
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
- Ensure all electrical components are functioning properly and safely
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold stringent safety standards
The role requires hands-on work and adherence to rigorous safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills- Proficiency in Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Elevators and Electricity with a focus on safety
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of lift systems with emphasis on reliability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification or diploma in a relevant technical field is highly valued
- Prior experience in the elevator industry is advantageous

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on branch operations, business development, and P&L management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth, optimize costs, and manage branch profitability
- Excellent team management skills including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability based on data and key performance indicators
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
