The ideal candidate will possess 7 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably in investment compliance, and have strong knowledge of portfolio monitoring processes. They should be a strategic thinker, able to facilitate and gather data effectively, and solve problems quickly. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. A CFA or Bachelor of Business or Commerce qualification is desirable.
