We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Portfolio Monitoring team, which is responsible for performing EOD portfolio compliance monitoring for all retail and institutional products globally managed by Fidelity. The successful candidate will also be involved in coding portfolio restrictions and investment guidelines in the compliance monitoring system, providing compliance guidance and support to Fidelity's investment professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess 7 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably in investment compliance, and have strong knowledge of portfolio monitoring processes. They should be a strategic thinker, able to facilitate and gather data effectively, and solve problems quickly. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. A CFA or Bachelor of Business or Commerce qualification is desirable.
